Are Negative Pregnancy Tests Taken 21 Days After Unprotected Sex Conclusive?

Question: I have been on Nexplanon for 7 months; however I always use a condom during sex. 4 weeks ago the condom broke during intercourse and my partner ejaculated inside of me. I rushed to get a Plan B, and I took it around 2-3 hours after the incident. Around 5 days later I had a very heavy period that lasted around 3-4 days. I took a pregnancy test 19, 20 and 21 days after the incident and all were negative. I am worried because I have not gotten my period yet and I am about 5 days late. I've head that Plan B can really mess up your cycle, and my cycle is already a bit inconsistent anyways because I am on the Nexplanon. I am afraid to take another pregnancy test. I do not have any signs or symptoms of pregnancy, but I have a diagnosed anxiety issue, so I am just very worried. I have been incredibly stressed lately due to some other things as well (proly some of the worst stress I have ever felt). I heard stress can also delay a period.
Should I be worried about pregnancy? Is it safe to say my tests were conclusive or should I take another one?
Thank you for your help

Brief Answer:
Test is conclusive, no need to repeat.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
First of all, relax.
Even with highly inconsistent periods, a pregnancy test taken 21 days after the incident is pretty much conclusive.
You do not need to take a test again.
You are not pregnant at all.
The period is delayed due to the Plan B and the enormous stress that you mention.
Worrying about it will not help.
Wait for a few days, and you will see your cycle.
Please trust me on this, and relax.
All the best.

Thank you for your quick response, I really do appreciate it. I will try to relax and just wait for my period.
One more question: I have heard that it is harmful to take Plan B while on Nexplanon. Is that true? I took the medication before even thinking about what interaction it would have with the Nexplanon.
Thanks again!

Brief Answer:
No major side effects.
Detailed Answer:
It is not really harmful.
Just unnecessary, since you are already on one form of birth control, and you do not need another, you just compound the menstrual irregularities and hormonal side effects.
It will wash out of your system in a cycle or two, do not worry about it.
Just do not take it again in future.
Take care.
Wish you good health always !
