Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Polyps are abnormal tissue growth from mucosal layers.
Liver doesn't grow any polyps, adjacent organs may grow polyps.
These polyps may be growing from gall bladder ( ampulla) and extend to liver.
Polyps are considered initially benign, but relatively high chances of transforming in cancer exists.
You need to discuss with a Gastroenterologist your concerns and possible treatment ways ( follow up, resection).

Brief Answer:
Polyps greater than 1 cm are treated surgically.
Detailed Answer:

Gallbladder polyp if it greater than 1 cm, is considered malignancy and first choice is surgical resection.
In cases when surgery it's not possible, adjuvant radiation therapy and chemotherapy are used as treatment, but first is needed biopsy ( or histological sample) of the mass .
Hope I helped you. Wishing you good health.
