Brief Answer:
Local nephrology referral needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ..
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
Kidney dysfunction can be due to SLE and poor kidney function after lead to hypocalcemia.
But there are so many other causes of failing kidney function like diabetes, hypertension, vasculities, autoimmune disorders etc to name a few.
A thorough review by a physician or a nephrologist is highly recommended to arrive at a conclusion.
Frequently kidney biopsy and other extensive serological work up is needed.

I hope the advise will be useful for you.
