Question: I am 7 weeks pregnant, I have been tacking brain storm prenatal vitamins for 16 days. I'm very concern because theses prenatal vitamins contains 6000 IU of Vitamin A (60% as beta carotene). it look like vitamin A in large quantity is not good for the baby. Please let me know what to do. ThanksI drink a cup of milk, I eat meat and some cheese and vegetable every day. I will be 7 weeks pregnant on Monday.
