it doesn't itch or anything doesn't burn either I am incurcumsized

Hello and thank you for your question.
I have looked at the photos you sent in the previous question. This could be yeast or pearly penile papules. The papules do not need treatment but if it is yeast you could treat this with lamisil cream.
If it is itchy then it is most likely yeast
There are other sexually transmitted infections that it could be so if you are sexually active you should see a doctor and get an exam to rule out other infections.
