Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing is typical for patients who suffers from opiate adiction. Moreover since you have had two previous stroke attacks you may experience BP liability.

If you were my patients I would recommend to stay calm and to continue with actual treatment. As long as the BP is between 90/60 to 140/90 mmHg you shouldn't worry because it's within normal range.

If the BP is arround 155/95 mmHg you should take an extra pill of clondidine to lower it within normal range.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
