Brief Answer:
Since your blood pressure has come down, you can stop one medicine,
Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HCM,
Since your blood pressure has come down, you can stop one medicine, maybe clonidine and re-check blood pressure after 3 days and revert back.
You can continue lisinopril, toprol and diuretic.
We can take it from there.
However it will help if you also tell me the dose of each medicine.
Please revert back.
Regards

Hi, I just saw your response. No, this is not a scam website.
I checked my mail at 7 pm XXXXXXX time yesterday and there was no response. Am checking in the morning at 7.30 am and see your response.

Yes your Blood pressure is fluctuating. I will suggest that you get a Holter monitoring done. This will give a 24 hour picture of your blood pressure, after which the correct dosage can be planned by your doctor.
