Are Recurring Chest Pain Signs Of Heart Attack?
Question: Every once in a while I experience pain like a needle had been inserted into my chest . However it is scattered all over my chest from lower left to high upper right.My cardiologist says it is not heart related and I agree. 20 years ago I had a heart attack resulting in a 4 way bypass. I have been told the pains I experience might be related to adhesions from that bypass surgery. What is your opinion?

The way you describe the pains they are unlikely to be heart related. Generally when you have chest pain we need to differentiate cardiac vs non cardiac.
Once it's established that the pain is not related to heart it's not a need for concern and only needs symptomatic treatment as and when needed.
To say that it is related to surgery or some other cause is very difficult, especially after so many years.
