Question: I have recurring episodes of inflammation of the small normal bumps on the skin of my penis. They are white and usually not painful but are sometimes uncomfortable. Do you know what this might be and what treatment I should seek?

Brief Answer:
Could be Fordyces spots

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query based on what you have described the white ,small, painless, raised, pale, white spots or bumps spots on penile skin that you have are Fordyces spot.

Fordyces spots are visible sebaceous glands that are present in most individuals. They appear on the genitals They appear as 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the scrotum, shaft of the penis .

They are not associated with any disease or illness, nor are they infectious but rather they represent a natural occurrence on the body. No treatment is therefore required, unless the individual has cosmetic concerns.

Ensure to observe proper personal hygiene bywashing your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
