Question: My 18 y/o son had red dots all over, espec on his legs, also back, face, groin & bottom. Hes extremely itchy. He thought it was acne & applied acne gel. Pics

Is it acne? Chicken pox? Etc

Is the spots associated with fever, sore throat, cold or eye congestion?
Are these solid bumps or fluid filled blisters?
