Brief Answer:
Epistaxis with oral bleed

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
Nasal bleeding can be due to nasal pathology or bleeding disorder or high blood pressure.
Please get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and blood pressure checked. Get a bleeding profile done and send me.
use xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day for a week.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
As the symptoms are for so long, it doesn't look like cancerous at all. Tiredness is not a symptom of cancer.
Please tell me if you are taking any medicines.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
