
Are Severe Cough, Nausea, Brain Fog And Dizziness Signs Of Food Allergy?

Question: I am producing cough accompany by nausea, brain fog, dizziness etc immediately after consuming food which last for some 10-15 minutes for many years.At first place my suspect is food allergy which could be one of the reason.I have been observing what food intensify the symptoms more however there are not much evidence i could collect.
I got to know that reason could be GERD, however hardly i feel any heartburn, gastric issue in general. Given this
1. Still is it possible that my above symptoms are due to GERD.
2. How could i test if there are any GERD issue by observation at home.
3. I started drinking lemon tea to increase the immune system. Suggest if it is wrong for me.

The simplest way to know whether the symptoms are due to GERD is to take PPI medications like Nexium once daily before breakfast. You will get good relief. This is both diagnostic and therapeutic.
Lemon and other citrus should be avoided if you have symptoms of GERD.
