Question: Hello, I have 4 very small white head type bumps right underneath the head of the penis. I was wondering if they are genital warts or possibly something else?

I have assessed your details along with the pic attached to query.

On close examination, I find that it is a normal finding as certain secretion producing glands open into this region whose secretions sometimes get collected in their openings. For anyone in similar situation, I would suggest simple hygienic measures and washing the area thoroughly while bathing.It would be good to observe and report any abnormal activity but no intervention seems necessary as of now.
