Are Small Firm Lumps On Breast A Cause Of Concern?
It doesn't seem of concern.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Considering the way you describe it ,most likely it is just a cyst or might be normal breast tissue. Fibroadenoma is another option ,which is a benign finding.
The fact that you have two other lumps with such characteristic ,the fact that you are only 23 years old and have done several breast ultrasounds in the past with normal result ,makes more likely for it to be a benign lump.
Usually lumps with malign nature are very firm ,hard in touch , located in the upper outer part of the breast.Since breast cancer develops slowly ,it would have appeared in your examinations (if you have done such examination last 6 months).
In my opinion you don't need to worry.I would suggest to see your GP and examine it ,just to rest your mind and be 100% sure.
Hope it is of help.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
the lump might be just normal breast tissue.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I apologize for the delay in answering you.
Usually lumps in breasts benign or malign are painless and don't cause any kind of discomfort.
Most likely your minor ache is just due to anxiety or from checking it all the time, causing a minor trauma to the breast tissue.
The fact that you can locate the lump when you lie down is a good sign and may indicate that the small lump is just normal breast tissue.
If it was serious ,the lump would be there in every possible position.
In my opinion It doesn't seem to be of concern.
Wish you all the best.
Take care.

Hello again!
Hope you are doing well.
Small lumps with smooth ,squidgy consistency are indicative for benign lumps (normal breast tissue ,lipoma or small cysts ).
Usually malign lumps are firm ,painless and hard in touch .
You should not think bad things about this .In my opinion there is nothing to worry about.
