Brief Answer:
Supportive care, stop the medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Doxycycline is an antibiotic and its use in enlarged prostate is very rare and not routinely practised. If it likely caused a side effect of jaw swelling which in literature and my experience is less likely, only thing you need to do right now is stop this medicine and wait for the symptoms to resolve. Take some benadryl or some antihistamine and see if it helps. Also detailed history and correlation of seizure needs to be taken as it could be something during ictal phase that led to this swelling like fall, tongue bite etc. , Take some antihistamines and ibuprofen for the swelling and stop the medicine and if the issue persists, consult your doctor and let them have a look and sort it out.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
