Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I understand your concern.
You are worried about chronic diarrhea.
I have gone through the list of medications you are currently taking and noted Fenofibrate among them.
It's part of fibrate drug class. It works by increasing lipolysis and elimination of triglyceride-rich particles from plasma.
At the beginning of treatment, fenofibrate use is associated with gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, etc.
By passing of time, the body is getting used of this medication, and such symptoms might get subsided.
At this point, I need to know when did you start taking fenofibrate?
Furthermore, pravachol, levoxyl, and celexa use are associated with diarrea.
Less commonly, hydrochlorothiazide and Pradaxa can cause diarrhea.
All of them are causing stomach upset .
Hope this answers your question.
Let me know if you have any other concern.

Start with a few tests first as suggested below...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Ok, then, let me explain a few things below:
From the new data you are providing, I think you have a bowel problem.
If I was your caring doctor would ask to run following tests:
- abdominal ultrasound
- stool examination for ova/parasites
- stool culture for pathological/opportunistic bacteria/yeasts
We should start with this first. After evaluating the results, and if nothing will be found, we can say that it's from meds you take.
Next, if you get a very uncomfortable rash after each bowel movement, that makes me think of possible yeast infection. That's why I asked to run the culture of stool .
So, you can discuss my suggestions with your primary physician first and ask him/her to run the tests as advised. After that can send the reports to me and decide for best treatment strategy (of course, you can discuss them with your primary).
Hope this helps.
