Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that the main interactions in your current therapy are:

a-Between warfarin adn L- theanin. Green tea decreases effects of warfarin by pharmacodynamic antagonism. So it may decrease the effects of warfarin.

b-While warfarin and choline both increase anticoagulation. So, choline can increase the effects of warfarin, by increasing your risk of bleeding.

So, they should be used with caution, by a close monitoring of INR. Combination may decrease warfarin efficacy.

There are no significant interactions between these supplements and diltiazem or metoprolol.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
