1) are there any side effects of FURTIPIL-L.
2) what is the dose and frequency and for how long? I would like a medicine for general upkeep of testicular health as I suffer from varicocoele and low sperm count

Pills are not all to improve sperm count

All these pills claim that it will improve the sperm count but there is no evidence saying so. They are vitamin supplements which are co factors for sperm production and motility.
You can take one tablet a day for three month. Make sure that the testicles are not rubbed harder and in higher temperature or injured. Let them be loose.
You may not have any side effects by taking these supplements.
