General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your husband's report of semen is showing increased liquification time. You are advised to undergo for a post coital test. It will evaluate your cervical mucus after sexual intercourse. If sperms are found and moving normally, then delayed liquification is not a problem. Your husband also can improve motility of sperms by a healthy life style as by quitting smoking, stopping or reducing use of alcohol as well as controlling weight by reducing fat intake in diet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
