Brief Answer:
Almost no side effects.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Atorvastatin 20 mg is a hypo-lipidemic drug and occasionally it may cause muscle pain (unlikely with low dose,10 mg and 20 mg dosage) but the side effect muscle damage is highly unlikely.
Sertraline an antidepressant, lisinopril ACE inhibitor anti hypertensive and clonazepam a BZDs have NO known drug interactions ,so they are having almost NO side effect while taking together.
You can also take Co-enzyme Q,magnesium, folic acid and other supplements together.
