Are Tiredness And Lack Of Motivation Side Effects Of Tamsulosin?
Question: Amsulosin is making me feel tired and unmotivated.
Is that a normal side effect? How about the new procedure called Rezüm using steam on the prostrate? How does that compare to Blue Laser or any other natural interventions? What is considered the safest and most natural?

Yes, Tamsulosin may cause weakness and feeling tired. You may choose to discuss this with your Urologist and he may change it to other drugs like Alfusozin etc.
The ReZum treatment is in its infancy right now and long-term data are still lacking. It is very promising but I would wait a couple more years to check his it holds up with current treatment.
Green light or any laser surgery for the prostate is very safe and effective in treating prostate obstruction. This is recommended for men who are having side effects with medical treatment of the prostate. It is safe causing less bleeding and can go home one day after surgery.
In terms of natural treatment, I always advise avoiding spicy food as this aggravates voiding complaints as spices affects the bladder receptors.
