Arm Feeling Heavy And Painful, Sore And Dry Throat, Chest Tightness And Heart Burn. What To Do?

Thanks for your query.
I will try my best to provide you with best possible professional recommendations to your questions.
The pain and numbness may be due to bad posture or may be due muscle spasm. I advice you to see the physiotherapist he will be helpful. I advice you to apply the analgesic cream or spray to the affected area. Even the applying heat will be helpful.
For heart burn i advice you to avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. You can take over the counter acid reducing medication like Proton pump inhibitors, it should be early morning, empty stomach. I advice you to take for week.
Your symptoms are mostly due to your stress, i advice you to calm done and relax as it does not appear to be anything serious. If you feel stressed i advice you to go for an ECG recording and get yourself examined by the physician, it will be better if you take ECG you.
Yet again, I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Hope i have cleared your queries. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer

My throat feels better, not as sore, dry or itchy like before, is this due to allergies? I suspect that I could be experiencing a post-nasal drip however many allergy medications put me to sleep so is there something else I could do?
Often times when I stand up too quickly or stretch my arms all the way extended over my head I experience a head rush and feel very light headed, my eyes then feel extremely tired and unfocused, and my arms move very slowly back down but feel slightly numb is this due to slightly low blood pressure? Most of the time I'm somewhere near 100/70. Could this be an indicator of a pinched nerve?
I have had asthma since a very young age, probably 2 or 3 years old and sometimes I feel a sharp pain in my chest as if a very long needle is coming through my left side under my breast into my chest as well as from the back into my chest. Could these be stress related symptoms or perhaps related to my asthma or something completely different?
Thank you for your earlier response as it put me more at ease, I greatly appreciate your promptness as well.
Good to hear from you.
The muscle spasm need some time, to feel you better it may take up to week. It would be nice if you provide information like are you resting your shoulder on chair or table as that might be responsible.
Throat symptoms may be due to acid reflex for that i advice you to follow the above mentioned conservative approach.
The chest pain you have mentioned is either due to gastritis or it can be seen following XXXXXXX inspiration in most of the people, i think you might be experiencing this.
Regarding felling dizzy when you get up, it happens with most of the people and is normal, i advice you not be anxious you will be fine. It will be better if you slowly get up and stand for while and do your stretching, you should be good.

I rest my elbows or the area between my elbow and wrist on my desk while I'm typing, I'm usually there for most of the day. I also rest my head on my hand while my elbow is on the table. I just got scared that maybe this was a heart related issue because the tingliness/numbness and I'm also experiencing a slight burning sensation in my arm every now and again. When I stretch my arm up over my head and push it toward my neck I experience a heaviness to my arm, is this normal? I just want to make sure these symptoms are not anything serious or heart related.
If this is just a result of stress or muscle spasms, what should I do to make it better?
I do eat a lot of spicy foods and citric acid so I'm almost certain I have acid reflux. However, I'm confused about the chest pain, what do you mean by "following XXXXXXX inspiration" ?
I would also like to note that now I'm feeling a slight pain in my left thigh when I move a certain way, coming in from the back (or underneath) and it feels like its in my veins.
Thank you
Good to hear from you.
First of all remove from your mind that you have something, you will be fine. It will be better if you place some soft material below your hand while typing.
I think it is mostly due to bad posture or due to muscle spasm than heart related. To reduce your anxiety you can go for ECG recording.
Avoid spicy food for time being, till the heart burn symptom reduces.
