Black Eye Due To Fall. Can It Be Bleeding Or Blood Flowing Into Inside Corner Of Eyelid?

Thanks for posting your query.
If the swelling of the eye is still increasing in size then it might be possible that there is some internal bleeding going on. Doing a cold compress in the affected area will help in stopping any further active bleeding.
If the bleeding is persistent or swelling is increasing then it must be examined by an ophthalmologist to assess any damage to the XXXXXXX eye structures and for a pressure bandage to stop further bleeding.
If the swelling is not increasing, you can still apply some cold compress to decrease the inflammation and pain. The black eye will resolve on its own over a couple of weeks at the most.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
