General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Acitrom is an anticoagulant medication.
It can be used to prevent blood clots but it can cause hemorrhage as a side effect.
I suggest to check the INR level, coagulation and hemorrhage time for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
