Black Patch Near Eye And Cheek. Treatment?
Question: What is the solution of 1-2 inches black patched near eye (behind/side of eyes) and around cheek? The patch is continuous behind eye and till cheek middle in both side of face.

1. Riels melanosis or cosmetic melanosisrom.
2. Melasma.
3. Peri orbital darkening.
The solution
1. Use sun screens in the day time.
2. Use bleaching agent like 2% hydroquinone cream at night.
3. If there is no improvement in two months go for chemical peeling from a dermatologist.
