Here is a problem list that I would like to create for you and would want to know a bit more about them.

1. Bleeding and itchy anal region
A. How long this has lasted? Have you had similar symptoms before?
B. What is the color of the blood? Is it XXXXXXX blood or dark colored stools?
C. Is there any history of fever, diarrhea or vomiting?
D. Do you have symptoms of gastritis like heartburn, pain in the upper part of the stomach, burping or flatulence and for how long?
E. Have you felt dizzy or become unconscious recently?
F. Do you have any one in your family with similar complaints?

2. High Blood pressure and Cholesterol
A. How long have you been on medication for the above said diseases?
B. How long have you been on Aspirin?

3. Prostate
A. What problem do you have with respect to prostate?
B. Is passing urine difficult?

There can be multiple reasons for having bleeding and itchy anal region. Infection, Hemorrhoids, Bleeding from the gastro-intestinal tract, Effect of blood thinning drugs or Any growth within the gastro-intestinal tract.

If it is XXXXXXX blood, and if you are feeling weak and fatigued, I would suggest that you visit your surgeon and get examined and further investigated at the earliest.
