Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) and EBV) belongs to the herpes virus family.
According to CDC, almost 50-80% people in USA has CMV infection till the age of 40 years.
Infection in children may occur in early childhood, especially those in childcare and preschool. The infection is seldom serious in otherwise healthy children and adults.
It may leads to an initial CMV infection, which has a few symptoms.
The virus may remain dormant or sleeping within the body over a long period.
Reactivation occurs when the immune system is weakened.
So symptoms are common in childhood and immunosuppressed adult patients.
Currently, no specific treatment is available or recommended for otherwise healthy people with CMV infection.
EB virus is associated with cancers such as Hodgkin's lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, hairy leukoplakia and central nervous system lymphomas.
Infection with EBV occurs by the oral transfer of saliva and genital secretions.
Many children become infected with EBV, and these infections usually cause no symptoms.
When infection with EBV occurs during adolescence or teenage years, it causes infectious mononucleosis 35 to 50 percent of the time.
Splenomegaly (enlargement of spleen) is a feature of Infectious mononucleosis and trauma to enlarged spleen must be avoided.
Rest, fluids, and over-the-counter pain medicines are recommended for people with infectious mononucleosis.
You should go for liver function test and ultrasound imaging studies of abdomen to know exact status of liver and spleen.

I have earlier in another query which now is closed, told you that i have swollen lymph nodes all over my body with burning sensation on them, does EBV cause all these symptoms?is there any medicine or galenic for there disease?is it possible for me to get pregnant in future?
Your symptoms could be due to EB virus and you should go for ultrasound sound imaging for detection of splenomegaly.
Infectious mononucleosis caused by EB virus cause common cold like symptoms and recovered after decongestants and anti-inflammatory medicines. There are no antibiotics available to treat EBV.
You can conceive but spread may occur to your child by kissing and exchange of saliva.
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test (ELISA) or immunofluorescence can be used to detect EBV antibodies and thus an EBV infection.

What do these terms mean :
cytomegalievirus igM 0.32 -1 negative
cytomegalievirus igG 471.5 -6.0 positive
Epstein-Barrvirus nucl.ag.as. 93 -21 positive
thanks alot
Epstein Barr virus may cause cancer as I have previously defined: Hodgkin's lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, hairy leukoplakia and central nervous system lymphomas.
CMV virus may transfer during pregnancy while Epstein Barr virus may be transmitted by saliva.
Your investigations suggests remote CMV infection as IgG was positive.
While EB virus antigen is found to be positive.
Interpretation of these test can be better defined by local physician depending on reference range.
You should take chance of pregnancy while EB virus antigen becomes negative.
