HELP. the pain is unbearable.
Hello XXXXXXX
Presence of severe pain as described , as well as the results described, indicate that the pain could be due to obstruction of blood flow in the veins and congested veins within the cranium.
The best medications to control such a pain would be narcotic analgesics , which are better given in a emergency room and under supervision by a doctor.
In case you have such a intolerable pain, you might consider calling the emergency health authorities immediately and then getting treated at a hospital with narcotic analgesics and steps to control the cranial pressure can be under taken.
Hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

i am seeing an ear nose throat specialist tomorrow, will he be able to pin point exactly what is going on? what is narcotic analgesics?
Hello XXXXXXX
Yes Your ENT doctor will conduct a complete physical examination and after reviewing your medical records will be able to diagnose the exact cause of your symptoms. This will help him decide on the proper course of action.
Narcotic analgesics are very strong pain killers that are very effective in treating very severe pain. These medications are not readily available and need a doctors prescription and supervision for proper use.
Wish you a very good health.
