Brain Feels Fuzzy After Waking Up.Worked On Treadmill. Does Herpies Affect One's Brain Over Time?
i don't understand why when i wake up in the morning, my brain feels fuzzy and i can't think straight and will do things wrong, but once i work-out on treadmill, i feel better. i have had hig colestrol all my life, 220, even when was in twenties and running everyday. about avg in size and somewhat conscience of what i eat, but not vegitarian. i fear my brain is clogged with cholestrol or something else. whats wrong with me? what do i do? i am almost 48 yrs old now. sometimes it is hard to find rightbwords to say or i think one thing and say another. brain works slower and i sometimes cant keep up with conversation because it takes longer to comprehend what someone is saying or have to ask them to repeat themselves. i drink alcohol maybe 3 glasses wine XXXXXXX only on w/e 2 days. i was exposed to black mold in the workplace for a couple of years w no ventilation in office b4 discovered. could this be long term effect from this. please help me because i feel like im losing my mind and it's scary. sorry so lengthy. i have 7 yr old to raise must stay healthy. thanks. i also have acid reflux but have adjustable bed to sleep at 45 degree angle and counteract acid foods with baking soda and water mix. only seems to be a problem when drink wine.
does herpies affect one's brain over time?
Thanks for your query.
I would need a little more information to give you a first opinion.
Until when you have been exposed to black mold in the work place (because this could be an effect of that exposure)?
All the symptoms you have described (your brain feels fuzzy, sometimes it is hard for you to find right words etc.) occur only after you get up from bed? Do you also have difficulty in something else at this particular time.
Herpes can affect one's brain, but I am sure it is not your case, because you would then present more severe symptoms.
Regarding your acid reflux, symptoms typically occur after eating a large or fatty meal or drinking alcohol, so for sure drinking wine is not a good idea.
I am looking forward to your answers.
