Brief Answer:
no known interactions
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
There are no known interactions between these three medications- rabeprazole, prednisolone, vitamin d. They can be safely used together
These meds (the rabeprazole and prednisolone particularly), may interact with other medications so if you are using any other medications feel free to ask for them to be checked as well.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Hi,
I am currently taking 20mg daily prednisolone for my winter time ashtma protection. I also use Fluticasone 2 spray on each nostril a day and Salmeterol inhaler 25/250 4 puff a day. I feel good when I take prednisolone in winter season. I am planning to go lower to 10mg in coming month and 5mg in the 3rd month before I stop this period. Can you please advise if I am over doing anything here? Thanks.

Brief Answer:
essentially a good plan
Detailed Answer:
HI
Normally the maximum dose of the salmeterol/fluticasone (250/25) is one puff twice daily but if you and your doctor have agreed for the higher dose to improve your control then this should be continued.
The fluticasone nasal spray would help to reduce any symptoms of rhintis or sinusitis that may aggravate your asthma so this is a good idea. If you have any other aggravating factors such as reflux then you should control this as well.
Uncontrolled reflux can affect asthma control.
The prednisolone would definitely help with your asthma as well
Please feel to ask anything else

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your replies. I do take 20mg rebaprazole for a duodenal ulcer like symptom that I have, although, it has almost subsided. I have 14 more days to go before I complete the full course before dropping rebaprazole.
In the meantime, I am taking ashtma related drugs like Salmeterol and Fluticasone for over a year now. I see some hand tremor time to time, that sometimes go worse. Can this be a side effect of these drugs?

Brief Answer:
possible effect of salmeterol
Detailed Answer:
HI
Sorry about the delayed reply
Salmeterol can cause a temporary tremor but it is not a known common effect of the other meds.
If the tremor continues or worsens, you should see your doctor for assessment.
