Can Albuterol Be Taken While On Nyquil?
Question: Can I take albuterol while taking Nyquil?
Brief Answer:
which nyquil?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Nyquil has many formulations with different ingredients. Albuterol may interact with decongestants and cause tachycardia, hypertension and arrhythmias. If your nyquil contains pseudoephedrine for example then such side effects become more likely. Inhaled albuterol in the usual doses won't usually cause serious side effects but the risk is higher.
Kind regards!
