Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Yes , but take Excedrin aspirin free. Aspirin , present in Excedrin Extra Strength has an interaction with Amoxicillin and they raise the blood level of each other.

What does it mean that they raise the blood level of each other?
What problem might that cause?
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Welcome
Detailed Answer:
The blood levels of aspirin and amoxicillin increase by two mechanisms.
1. They both compete for plasma protein binding. So the amount of free medicines in the blood increase.
2. Each decrease the excretion of the other through the kidneys, again leading to accumulation of the medicines in the blood.
Normally we try to avoid medicines that interact in such ways if possible.
Both Amoxicillin and aspirin have a fairly wide margin of safety, so at low doses of these medicines, there may not be any serious side effect but at higher doses, this effect would be like an over dose.
So caution is advised.
Wish you a quick recovery.
