Hello,
You are suffering from
severe body ache, wet cough, lower backache, pain back of the hip, upper legs, neck and headache, nausea, etc. Now you also have a
low grade fever. Such symptoms are indicative of
common cold, gargle your throat with a pinch of salt dissolved in warm water, 2-3 times a day. It will bring relief.
Hip pain on the outside of your hip, upper thigh or outer buttock is usually caused by problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons and other soft tissues that surround your hip joint. Cold compression is effective. Applying a cloth-covered ice pack to the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes at a time can also help. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as
Ibuprofen and Naproxen, can reduce the pain and swelling that these muscle injuries have caused.
Gently stretching your body may reduce hip pain. Get connected to a Physical therapist, it will help. Medical conditions that cause such symptoms are
sciatica pain, get it treated. Get clinically examined. Take
cetirizine for relief. Take Naproxen, one SOS when required. Get a
strep throat test done, take swab and throat examination. Get treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
