i am 1.5months pregnant ...can i take amway nutrilite supplements Natural B,cal-mag,omega3,daily(multimineral and multivitamin)and protein...
i asked my dr.she said no and gave me folic acid and progesterone,but my friend told me and also read people reviews online that its good if you take them...pls guide
also dr.please give some healthy tips for full pregnancy and also dr.can i ride two wheeler.?
