Does Absolut Tablet Has Any Side Effects?
Age: 23, Height : 170 cm (5.7 ) Wt: 68 kg. I have been exercising regularly since 2-3 years. Have just started taking 1 tab absolut 3g per day with my mid day meal as a multivitamin. i wanted to know that weather it had any side effects or not? i don t have any medical problem at present.

Absolut 3g contains omega-3 fatty acid, green tea extract, ginkgo biloba, ginseng that is used in the treatment of fatigue, stress, weakness and exhaustion, nutritional deficiencies, menopausal symptoms, recurrent infections etc. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own.
It may cause nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, headache, skin rashes or allergic reactions like itching, rashes, swelling of lips, tongue, throat, eyes, hands or feet, breathing difficulties, wheezing, dizziness etc. These side effects are mild and usually go away over time as the body adjusts to this medication. But if these side effects persist for long or bother you then you should consult your doctor first for medical help.
