Yes it is good . But what you need to know is that , it is a medicine which is to be taken for prevention of Heart attack and stroke which may or may not happen. Also it reduces the risk of future attacks but doesn't eliminate them.
Also Aspirin has got side effects like Acidity, vomiting, gastric ulcers and increased bleeding tendency.
If you don't have any Acidity problem or Gastric ulcers then you can definitely start taking Aspirin.

i had a Valve replacement and Angina i had Stents put in over a year a go
I take aspirin 81mg clopidogrel 75 mg atorvastatin 20mg sometime pantoprazole sod dr 40mg
vitamin D3 2 a day Centrum 1 a day
