Can Bactrim Affect Sperm Morphology?
Question: what if you take bactrim (while on bc) 2 or 3 days after sex? can the sperm still be inside of you and your bc become effect when antibiotic starts 3 days later? my period was lighter that month (july). after ending the antibiotic I did not have unprotected sex for about 2 weeks.
my periods since then (3 periods) have been different. they are now shorter (3-4 days) then spotting for a day or 2. they are usually 4-5 days with a day of spotting. i also had slightly more cramping on tue first day.I took a pregnancy test after the light period and one a month or 2 later but neg.

Brief Answer:
In most cases caused by hormonal changes!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Bactrim has no effect on sperms or your menstrual cycle. All that transpired is probably a coincidence and shouldn't be specifically linked to this. I will ask that you monitor only as most persons would return to normal spontaneously.
For sure you are not pregnant. Pregnancy is far fetched and should be totally disregarded. Hormonal changes, which almost every woman experiences at least once in her lifetime, is responsible. Be calm and do not panic about this.
I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
