Brief Answer:
May be added but serotonine sydrome risk huge

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
First, this is really a large amount of neuroactive medications and all of them may contribute to development of serotonin syndrome especially Cymbalta, flexeril and gabapentin. Adding Bupropion would put additional risk of serotonin syndrome. If you ask me,instead of just adding Bupropion,it would be better to use Bupropion instead of Cymbalta. Or,have Cymbalta and Bupropion, but stop gabapentin and xanax. Also, Bupropion should be started in lowest dosage. Cymbalta and Bupropion are commonly used in combination and may give good results, but if you take 4 more neuroactive madiecations then it may have unwanted side effects. So,if your psychiatrist agree,it would be good to start Bupropion but with changes in therapy that I have recommended. Wish you good health. Regards
