Can Buscopan And Librax Be Taken Together?

Question: I have severe ibs and am on librax which manages my daytime completely but still wake up every night 4am from pain. Can I take buscopan and librax at bedtime together maybe it helps me through the night?

I was formally diagnosed with severe motility disorder in my small intestine and originally was put on octreotide 100 ug injections 3x a day to manage my symptoms

Yes you can take librax and buscopan at night without any harm before dinner to relieve pain at night. However if it doesnt work then take drotavarine 80mg od. I found this very useful in my patients.

Thank you! Should I take before dinner or at bed time? I usually take 1 librax before food and then nother one before sleep. I was thinking of taking buscopan right before sleep as well with librax.a
