Can Cerazette Cause Vaginal Bleeding?
need to consult your doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I am Dr. Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Such bleeding that you are experiencing is a known side effect of Cerazette. I hope you were examined by your doctor before starting the pill. If not, please get examined by your doctor to make sure that there are no cervical causes for such bleeding.
Also get an ultrasound done for uterus and ovaries. Please also get your Pap smear done if you are due. If all these are normal, you can continue taking these pills.
Usually, the body adjusts to the pill within three months. If you still continue to bleed even after three months, then consult your doctor to change the pill.
If you have further concerns I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes
Dr Ramadevi Wani
So, do you think I should just persevere? If it is just an adapting issue, I will be more than happy to carry on using it, because I have no cramps or pain as usual, neither do I feel bloated.
I just need to be told that the bleeding will eventually stop, and that will be enough reason to continue on these pills.
Continue taking Cerazette
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I have read your notes.
The spotting that you have seems to be just the side effect of Cerazette. Continue taking the pill. Hope your body adjusts to it soon.
Best wishes,
