Brief Answer:
if no withdrawals, do not worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM Mr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
I can understand your concerns.
Citalopram can cause withdrawal symptoms like insomnia, irritability, restlessness, generalised bodyache and malaise and gastritis, when discontinued abruptly.
If you are are not having these symptoms, there is no need to worry much.
Just keep your diet healthy.
Take adequate sleep.
Drink adequate amount of water.
If you have problem sleeping, you can take OTC drug Benadryl.
Get your prescription on monday and restart the drug.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Take care.
Thanks.
