Unlikely cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

Cymbalta often helps in depression, somatic symptoms, mood swings and aggression but rarely implicated incubation of aggression or mood swings in depressed individuals.

In case you have history of mania/hopomania and have genetic predisposition for bipolar disorder it can result in aggression or mood swings.

I mean to say that above symptoms are possible but rare side effect of cymbalta and usually affect individuals with bipolar disorder.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
