Brief Answer:
That is a big dose, but the baby will be fine.
Detailed Answer:
There is no known side effect to the baby from Cypon syrup.
But this is a huge dose.
She should not be doing this.
Please take her to a gynecologist and also a psychiatrist - why has she done this ?
Does she want to continue this pregnancy ?
Such huge doses can result in side effects to her - psychiatric symptoms, vomiting, etc.
It is not proper to play with one's body during pregnancy.
She has the responsibility not just of taking care of herself, but of the baby too.

Detailed Answer:
See, women tend to become very emotional during pregnancy.
Cypon syrup will not harm her, at the most she will have some indigestion / vomiting.
She will be fine in a day or two.
But yes, such rash and impulsive actions can really damage her or the baby, if she ends up consuming the wrong product, or inflicts serious harm on herself.
You should give her more time, love and attention.
And you should tell her to stop being a child, because she is going to be a mother soon, it is a tremendous responsibility.
Find a caring obstetrician.
Keep her around her family and friends, so that she can talk to them.
Let her be occupied in work / hobbies, so that she can get diverted.
If you feel that she is still very moody and not okay, she should see a psychologist for counselling.
