Hello Dr. XXXXXXX
Thanks for the reply.
I took Dapoxetine 30mg yesterday(1st time ever) before 2 hours of sex.
But it did not help me. I face PE problem every time since marriage(9 years).
I ejaculate within 30 secs after penetration.
But my wife don't have any problem with me because she gets satisfied during foreplay only.
How can increase my ejaculation time? Any other medicine? Or I have to use Dapoxetine more times for its effect?
Thanks & Regards,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
try for a few more times
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
The drug might not work with a single dose. Try taking it for a few more times to see a response.
If even after that no response is there then we will think about changing to some other drug.
