Can Disodium Hydrogen Citrate And Niftas Be Taken Safely During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi.. I'm 35 weeks pregnant. Since last few days I feel itching sensation on outer labia, but no irritation or pain during urination. Did a urine routine and results are: albumin- trace seen, leucocytes +ve, puscells: 10-15, epithelielcells: 8-10/hpf
I'm prescribed: Cital disodium hydrogen citrate liquid 3 times a day, Niftas (nitrofurantoin sustained release 100mg) 3 times a day
Q1) is these medicines are correct and can be taken in 3rd trimester - after 35 weeks?
Q2) what are possible effects of these medicines or the urinary infection on baby
Q3) does this increase the risk of water breakage or early labor?
