The drug dulcolax(bisacodyl)--a stimulant laxative if taken at appropriate dosage and frequency,is not known to affect CBC value and kidney scores(urea,creatinine).

However at higher doses,can cause significant electrolyte imbalance(decreased serum calcium,potassium etc)
