Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

It is very common for girls to have hormonal imbalance and irregularity in periods during first one or two years post menarche.

Most of times these hormonal imbalances are self limiting needing no medications. If she has these irregularities for more than three months then it is necessary for her to consult a gynecologist who can examine her and put her on medications.

Duoluton L is sfe but whether or not Duoluton L is needed for her can only be ascertained by clinical examination by a gynecologist. Do not self medicate.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
