Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Usually, Eliquis (apixaban) and aspirin together are used in patients with high risk for stroke or blood clotting. Patients who have undergone bypass surgery and pacemaker (as you) are at high risk, that's why your doctor advised to use such drugs.
Please bare in mind that bleeding might occur when such drugs are used for blood clotting. Report it immediately to your doctor if you experience bleeding at any site of your body.
