Brief Answer:
you can take it

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you can take it but you should keep an eye on your blood pressure and pulse. Some of those formulations contain nasal decongestants. Nasal decongestants may increase your blood pressure and pulse rate. In low doses they'll only modestly do so but you should remain vigilant. If you have severe congestion you'd better use a nasal spray (instead of tylenol severe) which causes less systemic side effects. Paracetamol can be taken by using the simple tylenol formulation.

Kind Regards!
