Hi,

Zolomist Nasal Spray contains zolmitriptan that is used in the treatment of acute migraine attacks by narrowing the blood vessels around brain, stopping pain signals to the brain and blocking the release of certain chemical mediators that are responsible for the symptoms of migraine. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own. It may high blood pressure, increased breath rate, raised heart rate, feeling unwell or nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dryness of mouth, alternation of taste, fatigue, chest discomfort and many more. These side effects are mild and usually go away over time. But if these side effects persist for long or bother your wife for long or bother her, then she should consult her doctor promptly for medical help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
